Weddings / Wichita, KansasA wedding day that sounds like your story.
From ceremony music to the final dance, we help your celebration move naturally through every chapter.
Ask about your date ↗ Your day, your paceMore than a playlist.
The music changes as the day changes. A ceremony calls for precise cues and clear sound; dinner calls for a comfortable volume and a natural pace; the dance floor calls for choices that reflect your taste and the people you invited. We talk through those shifts before the event, including where the microphone belongs and where it does not. Whether you want a packed floor or a relaxed evening, the plan starts with your priorities.
Build the experienceWhat we plan together
Your venue, timing and priorities shape the entertainment plan. These conversations tell us what needs to be heard, when the room changes pace and which moments should sound unmistakably like you.
01 / CEREMONYMake every word count.
We talk through guest seating music, the processional order, entrance and recessional songs, and whether vows or the officiant need amplification. If your ceremony and reception use separate spaces, we review the sound needs and transitions for both before confirming coverage.
02 / RECEPTIONGive each moment its cue.
Names and pronunciations for introductions, dinner flow, toasts, cake cutting and special dances all affect the timeline. We map the announcements and microphone moments you want, including any you would rather keep low key.
03 / DANCE FLOORLet the room feel like yours.
Tell us the artists and genres you love, your must-play and do-not-play songs, and how you want guest requests handled. We discuss the energy you want across generations, then plan the opening, peak and final songs around your celebration.
Ceremony coverage, equipment, microphones, timing and lighting options are confirmed in your individual proposal.
A plan that sounds like youThe details behind a smooth day.
Our planning conversation is a working outline, not a rigid script. We collect the choices that matter, leave room for the event to breathe and confirm who will cue each moment with your venue or other vendors.
01 / PEOPLE & PLACESWho, where and when
Share the ceremony and reception locations, start times, guest count, wedding party names and any separate spaces that need music or a microphone.
02 / PERSONAL MOMENTSYour key songs
Choose music for the ceremony, grand entrance, first dance, family dances and any tradition you want to include. Skip the ones that do not fit you.
03 / THE ROOMMusic boundaries
Give us favorites, songs to avoid, and your preference for requests and microphone interaction. We can talk through a mix that fits your guests and your style.
04 / FINAL CHECKTiming and handoffs
We review the order of toasts, dinner, open dancing, final song and send-off, along with the points where the planner, photographer or venue needs a cue.
Before you inquireWedding planning questions
Can we choose our music and set a do-not-play list?
Yes. Tell us which songs are meaningful, which styles fit the room and what should be avoided. We also ask how you want guest requests handled, so the dance floor stays aligned with your preferences.
Can we ask about ceremony and reception coverage?
Yes. Share both locations, the schedule and which moments need sound or a microphone. We will review the setup and equipment needs before confirming what is included in your proposal.
Will you make announcements or host the reception?
We discuss introductions, toasts, dinner transitions and other microphone moments in advance. Tell us whether you prefer an energetic host or a quieter style, and which announcements you want or want to skip.
What should we have ready for our first conversation?
Your date, venue or city, approximate guest count and the parts of the day you want entertainment for are a good start. A draft timeline is useful, but it does not need to be final.
Do you travel outside Wichita?
Regional events are considered by inquiry. Share your location and date so we can discuss availability and logistics.
How do we receive a proposal?
After we discuss the event spaces, schedule and priorities, we can outline the coverage and production options that fit in a private proposal.
Let's make the date yours.
Tell us your venue, date and the moments you most want to get right.
